Backwards

I planted a Wildflower Salmon Gladiolus a few years and have been waiting impatiently for it to bloom. Unfortunately, the Gnomeslayer pulled it up a few times while she was "helping" me weed in the garden, and it never bloomed. I went outside yesterday and found that it had finally bloomed, and it was just as beautiful as it was on the High Country Gardens website.

But...

The blooms are facing into the clump of grass behind the plant and I can't get a good picture!
